Malvina Daly

Malvina 'Molly' Daly, is an astute professional with a keen eye for design and deep respect for the wealth-creating power of real estate. She is the Co-Founder of the Daly Team at Compass, specializing in helping sellers, developers, landlords, investors, and buyers across Northern Brooklyn.

Molly has helped property owners launch new development projects and her outstanding creativity when it comes to staging, design, and marketing. She's a patient, methodical problem solver who focuses on bottom-line value and returns on investment. It's no surprise she's closed more than $150 million in sales over her career and leases more than 100 apartments a year.

Molly graduated cum laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in International Trade and Marketing, and she also holds a certificate in Construction Project Management from Columbia. Before real estate, she honed her exceptional design skills working in merchandising operations for Tommy Hilfiger.

Originally from Wroclaw, Poland, Molly grew up in Greenpoint Brooklyn and currently resides in Rockaway Beach with her husband and rescue pets. Molly is a REBNY & LIBOR member and a licensed notary in NY.
