Evan Flynn

Evan was born and raised in the small beach town of Rockaway, Queens. Being the third generation in his family to be raised in Rockaway, he has watched his neighborhood rapidly change and develop, which ultimately sparked his interest in real estate.

Prior to Compass, Evan worked as the Visual Brand Merchandiser for Herschel Supply Company, where he was responsible for merchandising products and building custom fixtures. His role required regular travel throughout the five boroughs of NYC, and he gained an even deeper knowledge of New York's various neighborhoods.

Evan is a member of the Daly Team at Compass and looks forward to helping you find the next house or apartment you will call home. If Evan isn’t working on finding your dream home, you can catch him skateboarding around town or relaxing on the beach in Rockaway with his family.
